Applications:
- Hip adduction/ abduction in supine position; Hip flexion/ extension in side lying.
- Shoulder adduction/ abduction in supine position; Shoulder flexion/ extension in side lying
Indications:
- Frozen hip, stiff hip joint, post op FAI (Femoral Acetabular Impingement) to help unload the pressure on the repair by inhibiting the posts muscle
- Shoulder mobilization in all direction for lubrication
