PERFORMANCE
The TheraPulley™ offers great diversity and specificity in approaching small and large muscle groups.
For the athlete, regardless of the sport played needs to focus on neck stability as part of any activity.
To avoid muscle injuries as Neck sprains, strains, stingers, facet joint problem, disc problems and more, one must exercise these supporting structures.
The TheraPulley™ offers a unique feature for a specific planar movement and multi-axial movement. The resistance is constant and compliments the muscle length/ tension curve optimizing the resistance without injuries.
All positions played in any sports will benefit from Neck training exercises (consult with your Doctor, Physical Therapist, trainer and coach).
The pitcher, scanning the batter and first base, the batter, keeping his neck in rotated position as he prepares to bat; oh, not to forget the fly ball and looking up compressing the joint in the back of your neck.
Using the TheraPulley™, one can dose the resistance as little as 200 grams (7 oz.) and as high as 3 kilograms (6.6 lbs.) the max recommended for neck rotation exercises with training.
